Payments:

After you choose your apartment,  you sign a contract and pay in advance your weekly service and we request a secured deposit of  US $ 100.00 ( One Hundred Dollars and 00/100)   to protect our furniture provided. We also need to record your ID and Passport for our book visitors.

If you have a long term staying we need you pay in advance your monthly  payments.

At the end or our contract we will return your secured deposit on US $ dollars

We only take US $ cash. To make reservations please contact us in advanced. If you are in USA make a deposit payment to our Bank of America account # 0054992956451 ( FL) to Cecilia Balarezo.

We also charge taxes and are paying by the visitors.
